Returns & warranty

To return an item that is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us via email or by phone during working hours to let us know what is wrong. It's important that our customers are happy with our services and goods and we'll make sure that the item is replaced or fixed to your satisfaction if necessary.
Most items are covered by a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated in the description.
Some items may have an extended manufacturer's warranty beyond this. 

Shipping

Smaller items and accessories are sent via Royal Mail. Larger or more valuable items are despatched via parcel courier & Royal Mail Signed-For service. Subject to stock and time of order receipt, we aim to ship same day or within 48 working hours. If radio equipment needs programming, this may extend delivery time and we will keep you informed.
 

Liability

Communicate Mobile Ltd shall not be responsible for any or consequential or indirect damages arising from use of  products sold on this website
 

Pricing

Prices are listed excluding VAT on this website. VAT will be added along with carriage costs in your basket at final point of sale. A VAT invoice is issued with every sale. EU business purchasers with a valid VAT number wishing to reclaim VAT must contact us before purchasing.
 

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item or agreed to a refund, we will issue your refund promptly, usually within 48 working hours . An email will be sent confirming this. Please note that the refund will be made to the same card or Paypal account used for the purchase and may take a few days to show in your account according to the card issuer's policies.
 

Payment

This is accepted via Paypal account or by card with RBS Worldpay. We do not see or hold your card details and all website card transactions are conducted 'off site' by RBS Worldpay. Your details are not visible to us and are not retained. We will also accept payment by bank transfer from International customers. Please contact us if you have any queries.
 

Distance Selling Regulations

Non-business buyers have 7 working days after the date of delivery under which they can cancel the contract and return the goods for a full refund including the original post and packaging charges. They bear the cost of returning the item. Our details are:
